Joint
manipulation and mobilisation
The gentle manipulation and movement of your
body can ease pain and help the body to revive
joints and increase flexibility and function.
Following an analysis we’ll create a programme
to suit your specific needs.
Acupuncture for
pain relief
Acupuncture is a highly effective means of pain
relief, using gently, strategically placed needles
to encourage the release of the body’s
natural pain killers and relieve areas of tension
in the nerves and muscles.
Sports massage
A specialist form of massage, this is invaluable
in repairing and maintaining wellbeing. It is
often used before sporting events, helping to
prepare athletes by promoting flexibility and
afterwards to relieve any swelling, reduce tension
and help repair injury.
Electrotherapy
Electrotherapy uses tiny electrical impulses
to stimulate the nerves, causing certain muscles
to contract and override the pain messages sent
to the brain. Painless and effective, electrotherapy
reduces pain and helps muscles to repair themselves.
Core stability
Core stability treatment builds the strength
and stability of the core muscles to better
support the body. It is a valuable part of maintaining
wellbeing and widely used by athletes. We offer
wellbeing exercise classes, more info can be
found HERE, to
promote core stability.
Postural analysis
Back and joint pain is often the result of poor
posture, which can put pressure on parts of
the body not designed to support your weight.
Postural analysis helps us to identify and address
any cause of pain with suggested exercises and
changes to your posture.
Ergonomic / occupational
advice
Aches, pains, repetitive strain injury and accidents
at work can all be easily avoided with advice
on keeping the workplace safe and comfortable.
Spinal and osteo-arthritic
classes
We offer exercise classes, click HERE

stability of your spine and help you fight the
effects of arthritic pain with increased flexibility.
Chiropody and podiatric
biomechanical assessment

assess your needs and ensure that you get exactly
what your body needs.
